Cultivation of Agarwood Tree
ABI recognizes the importance of harvesting Agarwood trees responsibly to ensure that the tree populations remain healthy and can regenerate, maintaining ecological balance and preventing deforestation. We also recognize that Sustainable practices helps to protect the diverse species that depend on forest ecosystems, promoting a rich variety of plant and animal life. This is part of our Sustainable Supply Chain Management.
In ABI, we adopted a system where we would plant new trees in respond to expected forecasted demand. This is based on data collected and studied to ensure we manage the Agarwood trees responsibly. |
